SOUTH ORANGE — Sunny is a 2-year-old American bulldog mix who arrived at the Jersey Animal Coalition after being rescued as a stray.

A large dog with a good temperament, he needs a lot of activity and thrives on going for walks and runs.

He needs to improve his leash walking, but responds well to training. He has been neutered and is up-to-date on shots.

To meet Sunny and other adoptable pets, visit the Jersey Animal Coalition at 298 Walton Ave. in South Orange. The shelter is open from noon to 7 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday, noon to 6 p.m. on Wednesday and Friday, and noon to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
