- Survived by: MaryLisa Gauldin, daughter; Douglas A. Andrews, Jr., brother, and his wife; a niece and two nephews; and Wendie Hammond Masterson, Beth Lynn Hammond Steele and Georgia Ehrgott Achard, cousins.
Jill Andrews Gauldin of Manchester Township died on Mar. 3. She was 68. Born in Washington, DC, Gauldin grew up in Millburn, where she lived until moving to Seaside Heights and later to Manchester. She graduated from Averett Junior College in Danville, VA, and attended American University in Washington, DC. Gauldin worked for 20 years at Bunny's Saloon in South Orange, where she was head waitress. After moving to the shore, she was a lunch worker at Lavallette Elementary School. There will be a visitation at 12:30pm on Mar. 20, followed by a 1pm service at the Wyoming Presbyterian Church in Millburn. Condolences may be sent to at www.ryanfuneralhome.com. We shared many laughs and many tears together. We shared so many years with customers who became family to us all.
Jill has a beautiful daughter named Lisa and to know Jill you got to know and hear about the love she had for her daughter. She related with pride how her daughter excelled in the plays and drama throughout her school years. She showed with pride Lisa's great love and talent with photography.
A very proud Mom and friend. Then Jill met the love of her life for the last 25 years of her life Tommy King. If you knew them both you will smile because they spent their years together with laughter....may they both RIP. You will both live on in our hearts forever so long my friends. XO Leslie L Pogany
