Peapack-Gladstone Bank Announces Recent Promotions and New Employees
Rachel Fyock a resident of Mount Arlington, New Jersey has been promoted to the position of assistant vice president and benefits manager at Peapack-Gladstone Bank. Joining the bank in 2011, Fyock brings 20 years of human resources experience from Weichert and Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company (formerly International Terminal Operating Company). She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Master’s Degree in Counseling from Upsala College in East Orange, NJ. Involved with her church’s youth group and church council, Fyock enjoys crafts and spending time with family and friends.
Mary Lashine, the current branch manager of Peapack-Gladstone Bank’s Whitehouse branch, has been promoted to assistant vice president. Ms. Lashine has worked in the financial services industry for 25 years holding positions at BankAtlantic in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Carteret Savings Bank in Morristown, NJ. She is a resident of Bridgewater, NJ and joined the bank in 2009.
Nick Maiorana has joined Peapack-Gladstone Bank as vice president of sales and product development. Mr. Maiorana resides in Bergen County, NJ and brings experience in many areas of the banking industry including private banking, relationship management and business development. In addition to positions at BBVA Compass and Wells Fargo, he most recently served as a private banker at First Republic Bank in New York City where he was responsible for delivering personal banking, business banking and wealth management services. Mr. Maiorana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance/Economics from Drexel University. He has been active with Habitat for Humanity, as well as Operation Hope, a national organization committed to providing economic services to under-served communities.
Amy Messler, the current branch manager of Peapack-Gladstone Bank’s branch located at Chubb & Son Headquarters in Warren, NJ has been promoted to the position of vice president. Ms. Messler resides in Warren County and has 29 years in the financial services industry, joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank in 2004.
Janine Murtha, a resident of Gladstone, NJ, has joined Peapack-Gladstone Bank as vice president and concierge banker. Ms. Murtha brings with her 12 years of private banking experience, having served in similar capacities at Princeton Bank and Trust Company (now PNC Wealth Management) and Chemical Bank (now JP Morgan Chase). Ms. Murtha graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts and also holds a Master of Science from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and a Certificate in Financial Planning from Adelphi University in New York. Ms. Murtha’s community involvement includes acting as treasurer for the Gill St. Bernard’s School Parents’ Association, St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Gladstone, and HiTOPs teen health center in Princeton. Additionally, she has volunteered at the Women’s Association of Morristown Medical Center’s Mansion in May, the VNA of Somerset Hills Annual Rummage Sale, and The Discovery Orchestra.
Rosanne Schwab has been promoted to the position of assistant cashier at Peapack-Gladstone Bank. A resident of Bridgewater, NJ, Ms. Schwab joined Peapack-Gladstone Bank in 2008 bringing 17 years marketing experience in pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, electronics and aerospace. She graduated summa cum laude from Berkeley College with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. Ms. Schwab sings with the Somerset Hills Community Choir, Festival Choir of the Diocese of Metuchen and St. Brigid/St. Elizabeth Church Choir where she is also a lector. She enjoys writing, international travel and community service activities.
Raj Shah has joined PGB Trust & Investments of Delaware, Peapack-Gladstone Bank’s new subsidiary, as assistant trust officer at its Greenville, Delaware location. Mr. Shah joined PGB Trust & Investments of Delaware from Wells Fargo Wealth Management in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he served as trust administrator and previously as senior representative at UBS Financial services in Weehawken, NJ. Mr. Shah holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Rutgers University and a Master’s Degree in Trust and Wealth Management from Campbell University in North Carolina.
Adam Skillin has been promoted to the position of assistant vice president at Peapack-Gladstone Bank. Skillin, who resides in Bedminster, NJ, is a graduate of The College of New Jersey with a degree in Business Administration/Finance.
Kim Waldron has been promoted to the position of vice president at Peapack-Gladstone Bank. A resident of Bedminster, New Jersey, Ms. Waldron, current Summit branch manager for over three years, will become the Long Valley branch manager. She joined Peapack-Gladstone Bank in 2008 with 27 years of banking experience, serving over the years at New Jersey Savings Bank, First National Bank of Central Jersey, First National Bank, NatWest Bank, Fleet Bank and Bank of America. She is a firm supporter of St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center and the Carmelite Order and is proactive in community involvement in the City of Summit.
Mary Beth Watkins Iodice joins Peapack-Gladstone Bank as vice president, recruitment specialist. Ms. Watkins Iodice brings over 15 years of human resources experience in executive level bank recruitment and senior business partner experience from NorthFork (CapitalOne) and Bank of America (Fleet, NatWest, First National Bank of Central New Jersey). She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Farleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ and currently serves as a Deacon at North Branch Reformed Church in Bridgewater, NJ. Ms. Watkins Iodice resides in Flemington, NJ with her husband and three children.
