The Mall at Short Hills lost power on Wednesday for less than an hour, according to the mall's Facebook page.

The mall reportedly lost electricity when a driver was involved in an accident nearby and struck a power pole. The driver was not injured in the accident, officials said.

As of 1 p.m., Nordstrom's remained without power.

Shoppers exited the mall when power was lost around 11 a.m. They were permitted to re-enter around noon.
