1. The Millburn-Short Hills Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a breakfast workshop about marketing a business online. The session will be led by Shayne Miller, Paper Mill Playhouse director of press and public relations and also chamber president. 2. There will be a senior blood pressure clinic at the Bauer Center in Taylor Park on Friday at noon to 1:15 p.m.

3. On the sports calendar, the boys basketball team is on the road in Verona at 7 p.m. The wrestling team is at home against Columbia at 7 p.m. The ice hockey team hits the road at 9:10 p.m. against Scotch Plains.

4. If you have township business that needs to be done, you won't have a chance to do it after Friday until Tuesday. Town hall is to be closed on Monday for Martin Luther King Jr.'s birthday.

5. Kindergarten registration is scheduled for Jan. 19 and Jan. 20 at each of the school district's elementary schools at 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. In the event of snow, registration will be held on Jan. 25. In order to be registered for kindergarten, a child must be 5 years old on or before Oct. 1. Parents should register their child at the school at which he will attend and should bring an official birth certificate, two proofs of residency and the child' s current immunization record for the school nurse.
