Good question. I'm also curious what's going to happen when they open the parking facility. The entrance is so close to the street that one can't help but think the lines to get into and out of the lot will create traffic problems during certain times of day. Perhaps they have already thought that through. If so, I'd like to hear how they will curb congestion. That part of Essex Street is already clogged up at various times as the lights change very quickly and traffic backs up fast. Does anyone know the plan?
