wow, 25 average class size projected for 8th grade next year. And this just after we dropped 7 notches in ranking due exclusively to class sizes. Millburn has just about the highest class size on average in the top 10 schools in the state, and it is getting worse.

We also have the highest number of administrators per student in the top 10. Dr. C should re prioritize, reducing his admin staff and hiring more teachers. This can be done with zero budget impact. It is his choice that he has made to not hire enough teachers, but he can still change it. We can get in line with, or be better than our peer schools. We do not need to be at the bottom of the list.

I agree. Also after speaking to some BOE members, the decision to reduce the 8th grade from 4-3 teams wasn't confirmed. A bit surprised to see this in the projections.
