The Millburn Meteorologist sees Wednesday being mostly sunny but accompanied by chilly temperatures.

The high temperature on Wednesday will read 34 F, but the windchill will make it feel in the lower 20s, so remember your scarf and gloves when you leave the house. 

The day could be a little windy, too, with gusts jumping to 26 miles per hour. 

More clouds will roll in during the evening but there will be no rain. The low temperature will drop to 22 F. 

The morning twilight will break at 6:16 a.m. and sunrise is scheduled for 6:44 a.m. The sun will set at 5:38 p.m.

The moon will rise at 12:56 p.m. on Wednesday and set at 3:47 a.m. on Thursday. The moon phase will be a waxing gibbous and about 76 percent of the moon's visible disk will be illuminated. 

Wednesday is also the 51st day of 2013, which means there are 314 days until the end of the year.
