The Livingston council approved a settlement in the TMB Partners affordable housing case. The downtown bridge construction was suspended for telephone wire stabilization. Millburn High School's baseball coach resigned, citing parental criticism as his reason for leaving. A new Italian restaurant has been proposed for downtown. Pool memberships are down, but use is up. State officials issued a drought watch and asked people to voluntarily conserve water. And National Night Out was Tuesday.
