Enric Adillon, 16, of Short Hills, was one of six students from Saint Peter's Prep, Jersey City, selected to attend the Student Leadership Workshop sponsored by the New York Province of the Society of Jesus.

The seminar, held on February 8-10 at Inisfada, a Jesuit retreat house in Manhasset, Long Island, included students from Regis High School, Loyola School, Xavier High School, and Saint Peter's.

The goal of the workshop was to identify characteristics of effective leadership in the Ignatian tradition, and to develop the students's own leadership skills and styles. 

Adillon, son of Carolne and Conrad Adillon, is a graduate of Millburn Middle School. 

The students were accompanied by Mr. Peter Geary of the English faculty.
