MHS Coach Named Top in Nation

Millburn High School coach William Wickenheisser of both boys and girls tennis was presented an award from USPTA.

The Millburn High School boys and girls tennis teams' coach was honored by the United States Professional Tennis Association, USPTA, as the National High School Coach of the Year.

"It's an honor," coach William Wickenheisser said. "But I think they [the team] should be honored because it reflects on them. I'm proud of them and how much hard work they put in."

Wickenheisser traveled to California last month to recieve the award. However, the tennis coach credited the teams for his award. He explained he thinks the teams should have won the award.
