Consent Agenda Item -- Rejection and rebidding of Electrical Services and Repairs? Does this relate to JCP&L in general or something specific they are repairing? As one can only comment on Consent Agenda Items does that mean they will not taking comments on the recent handling of Storm Sandy (no longer a hurricane) clean up?
