Visions For Vacancies: What Should Replace the Sun Glow Spa?
It's up to you to suggest what business should move in to 515 Millburn Ave. in Short Hills! Let us know in the comments section.
Let's call this a modern spin on community planning — Patch's version of a charette, a digital drawing board where all ideas are on the table.
In an occasional column, we'll present a new vacant space and ask you to tell us what you think would be the best use. Forget what zone it's in, ignore setback regulations, dump lot coverage rules, and all the other zoning jargon that puts people most to sleep.
We're launching this occasional feature again by focusing on the vacant space at 515 Millburn Ave. in Short Hills? The empty space is across the street from Happy Feet.
Last time we ran this piece we asked the community about 284-290 Millburn Ave. in downtown Millburn.
Most who commented agreed the town doesn't need anymore restaurants or nail salons but a few voted for a bookstore. One Patch user asked for a gift/furniture/antiques store while another hoped for a venue for live music.
What do you think?
With tons of shopping, restaurants and other eclectic shops in downtown Millburn, now it's up to you to suggest what business should move in. If you had your way, what would you like to see there? What would be the best use for the community?

Anybody into Ukrainian knicknaks?.....or crafts...or pierogi's and "pigs in a blanket"...you need a kitchen for that....does it have one? How about Ukie "Easter Eggs.....all the goodies that go into a Ukrainian Easter basket.....Babka....butter, cheese, eggs, kielbasi....a condiment made with horseradish and beets....a chocolate bunny and a candle to be lit when we go to church on Holy Saturday to bless the baskets and approach and pay respects to the image of Christ before the Resurrection..........
