What's Still Open This Weekend

Make plans according to all the services that are closed around town this weekend.

 

The Labor Day weekend is upon us. Here's a look at what is open and closed on Monday, plus how to get out of town:

All banks are closed Monday.

Millburn Municipal Offices are closed Monday.

Millburn Post Office is closed Monday.

Millburn Community Pool is open through Labor Day, September 3, when it closes down for the season at 7 p.m. Weekend hours: Saturday, Sunday, Monday (Labor Day): 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Millburn Movie Theater is open; for movies and showtimes visit this website.

Millburn Library closed on Labor Day. (Saturday hours resume on Sat., Sept. 8)

Trader Joes and Whole Foods will be open on Labor Day from 7 a.m. until 9 p.m.

New Jersey Transit: Today (Friday), beginning at around 1 p.m., extra outbound trains will operate on the Northeast Corridor and Morris & Essex lines, both of which serve Millburn. On Labor Day (Monday) trains will operate on a weekend/major holiday schedule on all lines.
