Who Should Be Millburn's Person of the Year?
TIME magazine named SO AND SO their person of the year. Tell us who you think should win from our town!
On Dec. 19, Time magazine named President Obama their Person of the Year for a second time.
The magazine invited votes on 40 candidates, including the president, Gabby Douglas and Kim Jong Un. Other options included The Mars Rover and the Higgs Boson Particle, Egyptian president Mohamed Morsi, and Malala Yousafzai, the Pakistani teen who was shot by extremists for her advocacy of education for women in that country. But, the president took the title again four years after he first won the award as president-elect in 2008.
But, these are national, global issues. What about right here?
Who is Millburn’s Person of the Year—the man or woman who, in Timespeak, “most influenced the news this year for better or worse”?
Tell us your pick in the comment section below and Patch will set up a poll for New Year's Eve!

Anne Hathaway for her memorable performance in Les Miserables!! As a Millburn HS Alumna, she should qualify!

Dr. Crisfield gets my vote.
Did anyone read the quote from Tim "No Show" Gordon in the Item as his NYs resolution. It was something about wanting no more storms and that power lines should be buried. He should resolve to earn his salary and not disappear when he should be around.

NOT Anne Hathaway. She tells her fans she from the NY area? She has given nothing back , that i know of, to her community.
