About 40 percent of Millburn-Short Hills voters headed to the polls on Tuesday, but the results from the election aren't expected to be certified until the end of the week. Mayor Thomas McDermott has won another term on the Township Committee and fellow Republican Ted Bourke will be joining him, according to final unofficial election returns. McDermott, the current mayor, has served on the township committee for 15 years. It would be Bourke's first term on the committee.
