Prenatal Yoga at Bhakti Barn Yoga
Pregnancy can be a challenging and amazing time when the body changes constantly. We will address these changes as the body grows. In this class, we will work on opening the hips, finding strength, breathing techniques, and much more in order to prepare you for birth and motherhood.
This class is a great way to tune into your own rhythm and honor your unique body.

More About Bhakti Barn Yoga
Bhakti Barn Yoga is run by experienced yoga instructor Betsy Davis, who practices Vinyasa yoga. Vinyasa, means 'to flow with the breath', is a practice involving breath consciousness and movement through yoga poses.
