Seniors Sing in Summit!

If you haven’t seen them already, Continuo Arts Foundation’s Seniors Sing! ensemble is guaranteed to put a smile on your face and hope in your heart!  Founded in January of 2011 over 70 singers ‘young-at-heart’ are already in demand for performances throughout our area.  Presented in collaboration with  Summit Community Programs and supported in part by the Summit Area Public Foundation, Overlook Medical Center, a H.E.A.R.T Grant, and the Manley-Winser Foundation,  Seniors Sing! members rehearse at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesdays at the Summit Recreation Center.

The fall season’s opening appearance was on October 26^th at the Lord and Taylor’s Do Good Charity event in Westfield. Performing next for the Summit  AARP on November 28^th, the public is invited the following week to the Overlook Medical Center lobby for a free and open performance on December 7^th at noon.  December 11^th Seniors Sing! will be in concert for the Continuo Arts Foundation’s third annual “Christmas Time in the City” concert at the Presbyterian Church of Westfield.  Ushering in the holiday season, the concert begins at 6:00 p.m. and is presented free of charge as a gift to our communities, families and friends.

Closing out the year is a final performance on December 13^th at SAGE in Summit.   Seniors Sing! rehearsals resume on January 4^th and new members are always welcome.  Call the Continuo Arts Foundation at 908-264-5324 for more information or visit us at www.continuoarts.com .
