Millburn Town Hall is located along Millburn Avenue in the middle of the downtown area. It houses several town departments including administration, building, the clerk, engineering, finance, health, recreation, senior citizens, tax assessor, tax collector and welfare.

The second floor meeting room is also where most town boards and commissions meet, including the Township Committee. The first floor is the area where residents can find help on town services. Several staff members are ready to help answer questions on town services including recreation programs, paying taxes and licensing a pet.
