Fall weddings are here!

Many recent Pumpkin Coach Events couples were amazingly lucky to get weekend upon a weekend of a beautiful 75-degree weather with sunny skies and picturesque autumn foliage.

With a warm weather coming close to an end, keep in mind these few tips for any outdoor parts of your ceremony or reception.

1. colorful shawls on the ceremony chairs will make for a beautiful photos and will make female guests extremely happy and warm

2. keep your outdoor ceremony to under 20 minutes and if possible start in the early afternoon, once the sun starts the sundown, temperature drops drastically

3. if considering aisle runner and petals, keep in mind windy conditions. At one of our recent weddings we had to anchor the aisle runner into the ground and used double stick carpet tape to keep line of petals down on the runner. Also remember about protecting your candle flames when incorporating a candle ceremony. You can purchase clear bell shape sleeves for the top of the taper candles and protect your pillar candles in a glass jar

4. don't give up on indoor/outdoor cocktail hour, just make sure the venue has outdoor heaters on their patios handy, another great option is an outdoor fire pit

5. keep your guests warm with spiked hot chocolate and other wintery heart warming liquors (like grog)

And most of all love will keep you warm!

Happy planning!
