President's Cup Night Race Returns for 35th Running

The 35th annual Investors Bank President’s Cup Night Race, sponsored by the Millburn-Short Hills Chamber of Commerce, returns on Monday, June 16.

The 5K run, which attracts more than 1,400 runners each year, begins at 8 p.m. and follows a route along Essex Street and Millburn Avenue before finishing near Charlie Brown’s Fresh Grill.

Investors Bank is the primary sponsor with additional corporate sponsors The Sneaker Factory, The Mall at Short Hills, Charlie Brown’s Fresh Grill, Peerless Beverage Company, Samuel Adams and Saucony.

Charlie Brown’s Fresh Grill will host the pre- and post-race activities and will provide post-race refreshments. The Sneaker Factory will be responsible for race registration and organization. Race prizes will be courtesy of Saucony. Priddy Learning Academy will provide medals to all participants in the Kids Fun Run.

The Kids Fun Run, which will be held prior to the race, begins at 7:30 p.m. on Essex Street adjacent to the Charlie Brown’s parking lot.
