Paper Mill Announces Open Auditions for Youth Choir
Gotta sing? Gotta dance? If you're between 16 and 22, Paper Mill Playhouse may need your talents for its acclaimed Show Choir.
Millburn's Paper Mill Playhouse is looking for a few good young men and women who can sing and dance: The nonprofit theater will hold auditions for its Broadway show choir for students ages 16 to 22 on Aug. 25 and 29 starting at 6 p.m. at the theater, the Independent Press reported.
The choir, part of the theater's education and outreach programs, is made up of about 40 singer/dancers who get intensive training for free from entertainment professionals. Those chosen will perform from September through June 2014.
