Educational Experts Open New Office in Short Hills

Greenberg Educational Group has opened a satellite office in the area to appeal to families and their students looking for assistance with tutoring, standardized test preparation and much more.

Greenberg Educational Group, Inc. has opened a satellite office in Short Hills to provide a convenient and central location for a growing clientele living in the Tri-State area.

The group specializes in proctored practice testing, tutoring, strategic advising, college preparation and more, and is excited to bring their experience and background to the Millburn area.

“We are thrilled to bring the innovative insights and personalized attention of Greenberg Educational Group to even more students in the Tri-State region,” Eric Greenberg, President and Founder of Greenberg Educational Group, said in a press release. “It is our mission to provide students with the tools they need to achieve their academic best and we feel strongly that our satellite office will provide additional convenient access for local residents.”

Greenberg stated in a phone interview with Patch that he was inspired to open a satellite office in the area due to the increased clientele from New Jersey.

“We were seeing a substantial increase from families in Short Hills and Bergen County and families were saying they couldn’t find high quality companies providing quality service for their kids, so based on the demand factor, we opened an office in Short Hills and plan to open one in Bergen County as well,” Greenberg said in a phone interview with Patch.

Greenberg also stated that an additional office “makes it easier for families” who were once forced to go into the city for the services.

Greenberg further stated that the Short Hills office provides the same comprehensive services as the group’s New York City location and focuses on three primary areas for students.

“We focus on three primary areas, including standardized test preparation because a lot of kids in high school are preparing for the SAT and ACT; we advise students and help them find a really good fit for them in their college search and focus on what they want to study so they can maximize the value of the tuition dollar and maximize the return on investment by recommending schools and helping with applications; and the third area we focus on is academic tutoring for various subjects and writing skills.”

“Families constantly say not a day goes by that they are thrilled we provide a combination of things and most families have a need for two of those three branches and this is something my team and I have done with great success based upon hard work and our talent,” Greenberg said. “We have found that the families are extremely appreciative to find we are able to do these different things simultaneously.

Greenberg Educational Group is familiar with high schools in the New Jersey area, as most of the families come from across the Tri-State area, according to Greenberg.

“This new office is a natural extension based upon what families need,” Greenberg said. “We are not just providing service, but it is a high quality service and it is not a service meant to take away from what high schools do, but to supplement to what they are doing. The high schools have such a large number of students, so when you combine that with an increasing demand for colleges that are competitive, a lot of people are desperately seeking the great information they might not otherwise know about.”

Greenberg and his team work by appointment only to give clients a more “personal” experience and are excited to join the Short Hills business community.

“We want to give the clients and families in the area what they need and deserve in terms of high quality service,” Greenberg said. “We are seeing students earlier and earlier because college admissions have become so competitive and families want assistance as soon as possible, even as early as in ninth and tenth grades.”
