Peapack-Gladstone Bank Announces New Employees and Recent Promotions

Rian Andrews of Peapack-Gladstone Bank has been promoted to the position of assistant cashier.  Presently serving as branch manager of the Bank’s Piscataway location, Rian joined the bank in 2011 with 27 years of banking and financial services experience.  He most recently served as branch manager at Financial Resources Federal Credit Union in Hillsborough, NJ.  Previously, he held positions as secondary marketing due diligence underwriter at Lehman Brothers Bank in Bridgewater, NJ and also as mortgage quality control and closing coordinator at UnitedTrust Bank in Bridgewater.   A resident of Hillsborough, Rian holds an Associate’s degree in Computer Science from Sao Paulo, Brazil and speaks fluent Portuguese.  He is also a licensed race car driver and avid cyclist.

 

Lisa M. Haydon has joined PGB Mortgage, the mortgage division of Peapack-Gladstone Bank, as mortgage loan consultant.  Lisa joins the bank with over 20 years’ experience in the mortgage loan arena providing over $50 million in various loan products to clients.  A resident of Morris Plains, NJ, Lisa previously worked as senior loan officer at Investors Home Mortgage in Millburn, NJ.

Linda Luce Osterman, a 23-year resident of Tewksbury Township, NJ, recently joined PGB Mortgage, the mortgage division of Peapack-Gladstone Bank, as mortgage loan consultant.  Responsible for the development of new mortgage business for the Bank, she brings over 15 years banking and financial experience with her, most recently working at Team Capital Bank in Far Hills, NJ.  Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA.  She has served over 12 years with the Tewksbury Education Foundation and in the past on numerous committees at both The Pingry School in Basking Ridge, NJ and Gill St. Bernard’s School in Gladstone, NJ.

Thomas P. Marshall, Jr., a resident of Hackettstown, NJ has joined Peapack-Gladstone Bank Private Banking as managing director. Thomas will be working in Morristown, NJ providing commercial financial services for both individual and family-owned enterprises as part of their investment portfolio with Peapack-Gladstone Bank.  Mr. Marshall brings over 34 years’ commercial and product management experience, most recently serving as vice president, commercial lending at Fulton Bank of New Jersey in Hackettstown, senior business development manager at Avaya in Basking Ridge, product planning manager at Lucent Technologies in Warren and in similar capacities at both AT&T Data Systems and AT&T Information Systems.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and MBA in Risk Management from St. John’s University, College of Insurance, NY.  A resident of Hackettstown, NJ, Thomas is currently adjunct professor, Investment Analysis and Financial Research, in the Business Studies Department of Centenary College in Hackettstown, NJ. 

 

Beth A. Naples has been promoted to the position of assistant trust officer at Peapack-Gladstone Bank Trust & Investments.  In her new responsibilities, Ms. Naples will focus on management of Peapack-Gladstone Bank Trust & Investments trust, estate, IRA and investments accounts.  Beth was previously employed at Berkshire Bank in Manchester, Vermont. She is a graduate of Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. A resident of Randolph, NJ, Ms. Naples is a committee member of the Boy Scouts of America, Pack 50.

 

Brian Stevens has been promoted to the position of assistant cashier at Peapack-Gladstone Bank.  Brian presently serves as assistant branch manager at the Bank’s Pluckemin location.  Brian joined the Bank in 2005 and is a resident of Bedminster, NJ.

 

Latosha Taylor, a resident of Union, NJ, has been named assistant vice president, community development mortgage loan consultant of PGB Mortgage, the mortgage division of Peapack-Gladstone Bank.  Joining the bank in January of 2013, Latosha is a dedicated professional committed to community development, working with non-profits and affordable housing agencies in growing the new mortgage business for the Bank.  As a fair lending officer with over 15 years’ experience in the financial forum and mortgage arena, Latosha’s expertise is focused on providing exceptional client satisfaction and outstanding customer service.  Prior to PGB Mortgage, Latosha served as senior mortgage loan officer/community lending specialist at Bank of America Mortgage Company in Denville, NJ where she was ranked the No. 1 loan officer for low-and moderate-income buyers.  Professionally trained in underwriting, processing and closing, Ms. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of New Jersey and is an active member of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners.
