12 Angry Jurors (Men) at West Orange High School

12 Angry Jurors Innovative
casting for the famed teleplay 12 Angry Men To be performed at
West Orange High School Oct 31 – Nov 2

West Orange High School Drama Department presents the classic courtroom drama, 12 Angry Jurors at West Orange High School Auditorium, 51 Conforti Ave in West Orange, entrance on Pleasant Valley Way.

Based on the 1957 film 12 Angry Men, the play follows 12 jurors as they deliberate the case of a boy who is accused of murdering his father.  At first the case appears open and shut; however, one juror stands alone with a not guilty verdict. From that point on, the audience learns about the different personalities, prejudices, and conflicting beliefs of the jurors as they debate the fate of convicted boy and the existence of reasonable doubt. At tempers flare and the tension builds, the audience will be on the edge of their seats, especially as the threat of another murder develops before their eyes!

Do not miss the chance to enjoy this moving drama about the workings of our justice system and see West Orange High School actors at their best.
