Author Laura Overdeck to host Glow-in-the-Dark Geometry party and book signing at Splurge Bakery
Hungry for more math fun? Bring the kids to a Glow-in-the-Dark Geometry party and book signing for Laura Overdeck's second book, Bedtime Math 2: This Time It's Personal (Macmillan). Kids will get to make their own geometric creations using glow sticks and styrofoam balls - then flick off the lights to see their electrifying creations. The free,
family-oriented event targets ages 3-9, but older kids and even adults can join in the fun. Books will be available for purchase at the event or can be pre-ordered online before March 11 at amazon.com, barnesandnoble.com, indiebound.org, or booksamillion.com. No RSVP required. Light refreshments will be served.
