Team in Training Indoor Cycle Event

Come out to FlyWheel Sports and join Team In Training for a free cycle class!

Team in Training is the world's largest sports endurance training program dedicated to curing blood cancers.  Throughout each state, groups of individuals come together, to make a difference for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

This event is a great chance to learn more about the program, reconnect with our coaches and Alumni and enjoy indoor spin class.

The class will be led by Indoor Cycle Instructor and TNT Cycle Coach, Dave Mayell.

FlyWheel Sports is graciously offering the following:

• State of the art indoor cycle bikes

• Computerized, real time tracking of power, speed and total output

• Indoor cycle shoes and pedals - OR if you have your own, the bikes are compatible with Keo Look cleats, and Shimano SPD cleats

• Water bottles, towels, changing areas, showers, and lockers

The class itself has been created to mimic the course of our upcoming spotlight event:

America's Most Beautiful Bike Ride
on June 1, 2014 in Lake Tahoe
