The Summit Wine & Food Festival's Friday Night Gala tasting is going to be an event not to be missed. Many of the nation's best chefs are scheduled to appear and will offer up tasting portions of their signature dishes. Among the notable chefs appearing will be Douglas Rodriguez from Alma de Cuba, James Laird from Restaurant Serenade, Anthony Bucco from The Ryland Inn, Colt Taylor from One if by Land, and Scott Snyder from Boulevard Five 72 among many, many others.
