Bicyclist Hit By SUV at Mall Hospitalized
A Summit man was hit by an SUV Tuesday night near Mall at Short Hills, Millburn Police say.
A 45-year-old Summit man was hospitalized Tuesday night after being hit by an 80-year-old driving an SUV near the Mall at Short Hills, Millburn Police said.
The driver, a Mountainside man, was driving a Hyundai Sante Fe towards Summit on John F. Kennedy Parkway when he hit the bicyclist near the on-ramps outside the mall at about 10:55 p.m., Capt. Bernard Neuhaus said.
The bicyclist was transported to Morristown Memorial Hospital, police said. His condition is unknown.

The accident is still under investigation and no summons have been issued. Police have not released the names of those involved.
