Millburn Middle School Custodian Accused of Exposing Himself to Child

Andrew J. Reilly, 28, has been charged with three counts of sexual assault and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

A Millburn Middle School custodian has been accused of exposing himself on three occasions to a child while he was employed by the district.

Andrew J. Reilly, 28, of Union, has been charged with three counts of sexual assault and three counts endangering the welfare of a child, according to TAP Into Millburn.

Reilly is accused of exposing himself on three occasions to a child less than 13 years old, according to the report.

Reilly was arrested on July 15 with bail set at $15,000, according to the report.

It was not immediately clear when and where the incidents took place.

A spokeswoman for the Millburn School District has not responded to a request for comment.
