New Jersey Voter Registration Deadline Approaching

Those who haven't yet can do so by Oct. 16. Here are some resources.

The general election may not be until Nov. 6, but those who want to make their voices heard and haven't registered yet have even less time to make sure they can hit the polls.

Registration must be received in New Jersey by at least 21 days before the election. That means that the deadline is Oct. 16. Those who haven't registered yet can head to register online before the deadline at rockthevote.com.

Those in the military and oversees can visit the website of the Federal Voting Assistance program to get started.

I don't think we have to go as far a photo I'd, but some sort of ID how about showing your voter card, the government mailed it to you when you registered to vote, you are supposed to send it back if you move and someone is supposed to send it back if you die.

What would you rather be -- someone who didn't lose her job and has enough to live on -- and never "gets to collect" unemployment, or someone who loses her job and "gets to collect" -- but has no idea when she'll be working again. I'll take door #1, Monty.

As we waste time chatting about the virtually non-existant boogy man of in-person voter fraud, here's how the GOP makes systematic, large scale fraud really pay off year after year... http://www.nytimes.com/2012/10/05/us/politics/nathan-sproul-a-republican-operative-long-trailed-by-voter-fraud-claims.html?pagewanted=all
