Millburn Homes Are Selling Faster, For More Money

Local realtor says, Millburn-Short Hills home are selling for 10.5 percent more than last year and a month quicker.

Millburn-Short Hills homes are selling for more and in less time, according to a local realtor on the Alternative Press. 

The price of locals homes are selling for 10.5 percent more than home sold in 2012, the site reports.

Home are also selling quicker. The local realtor writes, homes in August sold in an average of 25 days. In 2012, the average time for home on the market was 56. 

Between January and August, the selling price of home in Millburn-Short Hills averaged $1,325,201, the site reported. Last year, the average price for the same time was $1,198,841.
