Millburn Football Captain Awarded Scholarship
Nazar Stelmakh will use his scholarship from Towne Realty Group for his first year of college at Rutgers in the fall.
Millburn High School graduate and captain of last year’s football team has won Towne Realty Group’s Scholarship for 2013, the Short Hills Office announced.
Nazar Stelmakh was a volunteer for Opportunity Project, who held down a job as well as volunteered on football clinics for kids, Nazar graduated with a 3.9 GPA.
The realty group awarded Stelmakh a $500 scholarship.
Stelmakh is off to Rutgers in New Brunswick this fall for his first year of college.
Over the last three years the Short Hills realty group has given out approximately 10 scholarships totaling more than $5,000.
