HS Pep Rally Cancelled, Game Still On

Millburn Millers will host Barringer High School tonight at the recently renovated Neigel Field.

Millburn High School's afternoon pep rally is cancelled due to weather but the varsity football home opener is still on, high school staff said.

The Millers' football game is set for 7:30 tonight against Barringer High School. If the Millers win tonight, they will be 3-0 for the season. 

The Second Annual Home Opener Tailgate Party will kick off the festivities at 5 p.m. Tailgate tickets are $4 for adults. Children and seniors tickets are just $2.

Millers are off to an impressive start in their season beating West Side High School 36-6 last week and shutting out Livingston 32-0. 

At halftime the Millburn Recreation Department will recognize all Rec. League football players and cheerleaders on the field for the Annual Youth Sports Night.
