Millburn High Key Club Holds Battle of the Bands Competition

The event will be held Friday, May 30 at the high school's main gym.

The Millburn High School Key Club is sponsoring a Battle of the Bands on Friday, May 30 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the school's main gym.

All proceeds will benefit the NJ Coalition Against Human Trafficking.

The MHS Key Club, the largest service club in the school, has won numerous awards for its community service and charitable efforts.

There will be food and drinks sold at the event and English teachers will be the judges. The winning band gets free studio time at Millburn’s So.i.Heard House of Music.

There will be several local bands participating, with some MHS student bands, as well as other Millburn and local groups. The goal is for each band to play two covers and one original song. Specifics will be released closer to the event date.
