Millburn High's Cafeteria Goes Mobile, Gets Lunch Ordering App

Two students invented an Apple app for students to pre-order sandwiches and salads.

Looking to pre-order sandwiches or salads for your student at Millburn High — now there's an app for that.

High School students Adam ElShaer and Andrew Kiselik developed and presented the Apple app, Millburn High School EzCafe, at Monday's Board of Education meeting, the Alternative Press reported.

The iPhone and iPad app will allow students and parents to order pre-made and to-order sandwiches as well as salads, the article states. Both cost $5 with one meat and unlimited toppings; add $1 for additional meat.

Parents will have to add money to an account on www.myschoolbucks.com or send money into the cafeteria system, the article said. iPads will also be on hand in the cafeteria for students who don't have Apple products.
