New Teachers and Staff Hired in Schools

Millburn hires 25 new staff members to the district this year.

After a three day teacher orientation last week at the Education Center inside Board of Education building, 25 new teachers and staff joined the district for the 2012-2013 school year. 

The teachers vary from brand new, first-year teachers, to those with a decade of experience, said Assistant Superintendent Christine Burton, in last week's Board of Education meeting. 

The high school had the most new teachers overall with nine teachers that started this week. The teachers and their position are as follows:

The elementary schools, Hartshorn, Deerfield, Glenwood and South Mountain, and the Middle School also added staff. The new teachers are as follows:
