South Mountain Students Recognized for Artwork

Essex County executive congratulates students for participating in the Art Educators of New Jersey Student Art Exhibit.

Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr. congratulated students from South Mountain Elementary School in Millburn who participated in the Art Educators of New Jersey Student Art Exhibit at the Essex County Hall of Records on Tuesday, March 25.

Students attending the ceremony were (in front from left) Ellie Black, Scott Wang and Maya Gurung along with (in back from left) New Jersey Art Educators Exhibit Chairwoman Cathy Kondreck, NJ State Senator and Essex County Deputy Chief of Staff Teresa Ruiz, Essex County Administrator Ralph Ciallella and art teacher Susan Lisbin. The artwork was on display for the month of March. 

This is the 10th consecutive year DiVincenzo has partnered with the Art Educators of New Jersey to present the student artists exhibit at the Hall of Records.
