Mario DeMarco and Angelo Delbecchi, the co-owners of Basilico, like to describe their restaurant as "casual and chic". The lunch menu includes panini, soups and omelettes in addition to salads, pasta and entrees. LOVE it there!!!! Food is awesome. Great ambience and customer service.


The best food, service, and atmosphere. Always a great dining experience, and the desserts are also great. Perpetually crowded (a good sign) so make a reservation. The homemade Basilico tomato spread (also sold in jars at the front) served with the wonderful variety of bread before the meal is a delight, and I dislike tomatoes.
