I have recently been here at least 3 times in the past 2 months, it has been busy, the staff friendly, the food very good. They seem to be a little understaff, but they look like they been dealing with it very well.
The only negative thing I can say is the bartenders are a bit lacked.

Here's a novel idea: reviewing the restaurant and not the sidewalk out front.
Great salad bar at Charlie Brown's, daily blackboard specials, bottomless soft drinks, reasonable prices, and a family-friendly casual atmosphere make this a nice addition to Downtown Millburn.
The chain is apparently having significant troubles, but this location always seems fairly busy.
Days and days after the last significant snowfall Charlie Brown's sidewalk is still snow covered and slippery. Not a place I'd patronize.
