Here's a novel idea: reviewing the restaurant and not the sidewalk out front.
Great salad bar at Charlie Brown's, daily blackboard specials, bottomless soft drinks, reasonable prices, and a family-friendly casual atmosphere make this a nice addition to Downtown Millburn.
The chain is apparently having significant troubles, but this location always seems fairly busy.
