We have built our store on value and providing outstanding customer service for 27 years. As far as our Sale Policy goes...Credit and Debit cards can ALWAYS be used on sale. We are sorry if you did not know that. Our Dress Lounge is filled with dresses in every price range from approx. $49 - Custom and they are final sale. However, we gladly accomodate ALL requests to take dresses home on approval or hold any dress while you decide if it's the perfect one for you. We hope to welcome you back to Gotham one day soon.

Originally started in flea markets in Chester and Watchung over 25 years ago, Gotham City is now centrally located on Millburn Avenue. Run by an energetic mother and daughter team, it serves contemporary clothing and accessories aimed at tweens, teens and young women, Gotham’s fun store has dresses for special occasions such as proms or bat mitzvahs, as well as comfy, casual outfits for school or leisure.

Erica... I am so sorry you had a bad experience at Gotham and there was confusion about the coupons. We have been a staple in our community for the last 27 years. We work and reside here. We take your complaint very seriously and understand your frustration and hope that one day you will give us another chance. Congratulations on your daughters' Bat Mitzvah.
Can't keep my daughter and wife away from Gotham - and I'm glad. The girls at Gotham always make them look amazing - such a fun store - I even enjoy shopping there with my daughter - they always make me feel comfortable - even for a dad.
