The Pingry School was founded in Elizabeth, New Jersey, in 1861 to educate sons of locals to prepare them for higher education. Today the school is a co-educational K-12 college preparatory day school.
The Millburn-Short Hills campus serves elementary school aged students through fifth grade. Together with the Martinsville school, which serves students in sixth through 12th grade, there are 1,000 students in the program.
