I was looking for a dress for a wedding but fell in love this dress. Conflicted though bc I know I can't wear Ivory to a wedding I asked Elle to hold it for me for about an hr and I would made a decision and come back. My husband and I walked around and I didn't find anything else I was nearly as crazy about. We grabbed something to eat and then I realized that stores were closed. I ran towards Reiss and the doors were locked. I saw Elle, she opened the door and told me that the register was closed already but that she could hold it and ship it to me the next day. That's exactly what happened! I called and the day after I got the dress w/ a personalized note attached...what a touch of class!!! I LOVE MY DRESS and I LOVE THIS STORE, thanks so much Elle!
