I have had all my insurance products with Frank for many years. Unfortunately, my home was one of the many to get flooded appx a month ago in that horrible weekend storm. I am writing about the overall excellent treatment by the State Farm team. From the Catastrophe people in Florida who called to let me know that they got my initial call and had started the process, to the person in Florida who dealt with the carpet people on the phone when they were at my house in my basement shortly after the flood, to the adjuster who came to house - it was as good as I could have hoped in a bad situation. Thanks again and great job!
