Hi.
I was driving back from the shorthills mall, and before turning onto old short hills road, I saw a dog on the side of the street. The dog was a dark grey/black with his collar and tags still on. This was right before the JFK highway and I have called animal control leaving a voicemail. But just want to put it out there as well.
