Wyoming School Brings Back Family Math Nights
Families learn ways of making practicing math fun.
Wyoming School PTO has brought back Family Math Nights for fourth graders and their families, helping them learn skills and games that complement the Everyday Math curriculum. At Family Math Nights, parents and students have played math games togehter, stregthening math skills and helping to make math practice fun. Families are also provided with take-home activities to help make practice more fun at home fun as well, encouraging families to hone those math skills outside of school. Fourth Grade family math night was revived with the help of the school's PTO, as well as third grade teachers Lea Monaco and Cristina D’Alessio.
