The speaker will start at 10:45 a.m. Statistics provided by the center show one in three teens in an abusive relationship and 80 percent of their parents are unaware of it. Parents will learn how to recognize the warning signs of dating abuse, how to talk to their child about developing healthy relationships and how drug and alcohol use impact relationships. It was very informative, and opened a new perspective about this unfortunate topic. That being said, I highly recommend this presentation for all who are interested.   more ›
