New Jersey and the Giants Celebrate Super Bowl Win (Video, Photos)

New Jersey fans welcomed the Giants back home following their Super Bowl win with a large celebration at MetLife Stadium.

Two days after winning Super Bowl XLVI, the Giants came back to their home turf to celebrate with their fans.  Thousands of fans packed MetLife Stadium to welcome their returning heroes in blue. Naughty by Nature opened the rally by performing some of their biggest hits, as well as singing with YouTube sensation Josh Hyman. Hyman had recently been seen on YouTube making his own rendition of Naughty by Nature’s "You down with OPP," titled "You Down with NYG." Speakers at the rally included Giants owners John Mara and Steven Tisch. Both owners specifically thanked New Jersey fans. Head Coach Tom Coughlin recanted President Barack Obama's quote earlier in the day where the president heaped praise on the team and quarterback Eli Manning in …

Giants Win Super Bowl, Manning Named MVP

New York mounts comeback on final drive to beat New England.

INDIANAPOLIS – The crowd was eerily quiet as Eli Manning and the Giants took over for one last drive in the final four minutes of Super Bowl XLVI. Like he’s done countless times during the 2011 season, Manning made a series of precision passes – five to be exact, including a 38-yard out route to Mario Manningham that sparked the drive – and set New York up inside the 10-yard line. Ahmad Bradshaw finished the drive with a 6-yard touchdown run that capped a 21-17 Giants victory over the New England Patriots at Lucas Oil Stadium Sunday night. Manning, who was 30-for-40 passing, threw for 296 yards and one touchdown, earning his second Super Bowl MVP award against the Patriots. “We moved the ball down the field, and Eli [Manning] made some …

An inside look at the numbers, story lines and fun facts from the game.

INDIANAPOLIS – With the media hoopla just about over and the players hunkered down at their hotels before Sunday’s Super Bowl XLVI match, both the Giants and Patriots seemed to be ready for what many are predicting could be one of the best Super Bowls ever. Brady vs. Manning, Coughlin vs. Belichick, New York vs. New England, a rematch of 2007, a rematch of the game earlier this season, Eli in Peyton’s city, the story lines have been never-ending. What’s more are the individual stories every player brings into this game; their previous teams, their journey to the big game, overcoming adversity, their family lines and much more.
