South Mountain Donation Drive For Sandy Victims
The South Mountain Elementary School and South Mountain Civic Association lend a hand to those hit by superstorm Sandy.
The South Mountain Civic Association partnered up with the South Mountain School's effort this week to help collect supplies for the Red Cross. Principal Scott Wolfe and the PTO are rallying families to contribute supplies for a South Mountain School Cares donation drive for those hit by superstorm Sandy by Wednesday Nov. 21. Supplies will go to Red Cross in Middletown for distrubutuion throughout the state. Collections by grade level: "In speaking of help, many of your children, as well as the staff here at SMS, have been asking what else can be done to help out those who still are without power, and even homes, in New Jersey," Wolfe said in an email to the community.
