Millburn Students Rethink Downtown

High schoolers present a study of downtown and a proposed civic district with a new municipal building to township officials.

Committee Appoints Haimoff to Mayor Again

Robert Tillotson declines deputy mayor nomination, W. Theodore Bourke elected for the position.
